The scope of professional services shall be as stipulated in the Board of Engineers Malaysia –Conditions of Engagement. The scope of professional services in connection with the building and infrastructure works within the development shall include the following:-

Lightning protection system
Electrical sub-station
Standby Generator
Telephone distribution and intercommunication system
Air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation services
Fire fighting and prevention system
Hot and cold water system
Sanitary plumbing system
Pumping installation within the building
Gas distribution
Lift & escalator services
Public address system
Security system
Integrated building management system
Green Engineering System studies and energy audit.
ELV security system design
Audio visual system design
Internal and external façade compound & interior lighting design services
Any other Mechanical and Electrical Works those are normally included in a development of this nature.
